Proč mě nejdou udělat písmena s háčky ?

Dobrý den , v posledních dnech mě nejde udělat " N s háčkem " apod … když dám shift + klávesnici , tak se hned napíše ˇˇ 2× a to je vše … počítač jsem poslal také programem HijackThis a mohu vám poslat log , jelikož se v tom nevyznám :) , předem děkuji za rychlou odpověd , jelikož potřebuji to k psaní ve wordu …
